A Cape Coral teenager is facing several felony charges after being arrested for breaking into cars and stealing two guns. Police said Zachary Busenbark, 15, broke into a family member’s house on Nov. 9 and stole a revolver. While officers were responding to that call, reports of car burglaries were being reported at a nearby Hooters restaurant, according to police. A total of four cars were broken into, and one had a 9mm handgun stolen. Both guns were found and returned to their owners, police said. He’s now facing serious charges including armed burglary, two counts of grand theft of a firearm, four counts of vehicle burglary, and resisting a law enforcement officer.
