A Cape Coral man accused of shooting and killing another man at his home, was just arrested for stalking a Cape Coral police officer. Ryan Doyon went to trial for the murder in February, but a mistrial was declared on March 1st. Cape Coral police said Doyon repeatedly contacted an officer who assisted in the murder investigation. Doyon called the officer 30 times and texted him dozens of times, according to police.
