NORTH PORT, FL — Calling all bookworms! Take advantage of the upcoming Book Swap hosted by the North Port Parks & Recreation Department and trade something old for something new to you.
Participants are invited to drop off slightly used books, complete board games and puzzles, audiobooks and DVD movies in good condition from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Feb. 26-29 at the Morgan Family Community Center, 6207 West Price Blvd. VHS tapes, outdated textbooks and materials with inappropriate content will not be accepted. For every item dropped off, participants can select a book, DVD, board game or other item to take home from the Book Swap on March 1 from 6–8 p.m. at the Morgan Family Community Center.
