Several Saraota County school bus drivers are suing the district saying they weren’t being paid for overtime.
The North Port Sun reports the lawsuit alleges district officials only permit drivers 30 minutes to perform nearly 40 job responsibilities regardless of how long the actual tasks take to complete.
So far 9 drivers are part of the class action lawsuit.
