A school bus carrying kids from a special needs school was involved in a serious crash this morning in Sarasota. It happened around 9:15am when a car was hit by the bus after cutting in front of it. The bus then deflected into a power pole. One child was listed with trauma and a number of others, as well as two adults were taken to an area hospital for treatment. The bus was carrying kids from Oak Park School.
