A brush fire near I-75 in Punta Gorda gave people a smoky ride home yesterday.
WZVN-TV reports the fire happened just two miles south of Tuckers Grade.
The Florida Forest Service had to respond to the scene. Its tractors helped kill the fire.
Charlotte County EMS and Fire Control also had to make their way out there.
