A shootout happened in Bradenton Thursday morning after a 19-year-old man and his step-father pulled guns on each other. The 19-year-old, Rufus Adams and his 12-year-old brother each ended up in the hospital with gunshot wounds. Adams and 36-year-old Joshua Rapolla got into an argument leading to Rapolla shooting Adams in the head and upper body. He is last listed in critical condition, while his brother was shot accidentally by Rapolla and is listed in stable condition.
