Police in Charlotte County have confirmed a body found in Prairie Creek over the weekend was that of a missing teenager.
A boater found the body of 19-year old Gage Jackson floating near Washington Loop Road, near Jackson’s family home. Jackson’s family had reported him missing roughly two weeks ago.
His cause of death remains unknown.
