A group of boaters who were supposed to have arrived in Cape Coral have gone missing. A pair of Lee County law enforcement agencies, along with the U.S. Coast Guard went searching for the boaters Friday morning when they did not arrive. A Sea Ray boat was reported missing around 3:30am, and crews began searching a short time later. Areas that are being policed include the Horton Boat Ramp, the Midpoint Bridge and the Cape Coral Bridge.
