A woman is now charged in the death of her four month old granchild.
Police say that in November Anakin David-James Ennis of North Port found face down in a few inches of water in a bathtub.
According to investigators Robin Florand of Lakeland was taking methamphetamines while caring for the infant.
Florand is now charged with manslaughter and is being held in Polk County Jail.
