A Wisconsin company is continuing to be a part of Southwest Florida with its fourth apartment complex in the area. The latest project, called Springs, is a 256-unit complex in Port Charlotte that is said to cost $27 million on Beatrix Blvd. The apartments will be two level studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments and is scheduled to be finished in just over a year. The rental prices in a similar complex that the company built in Florida go between twelve hundred and twenty six hundred.
