Allegiant Air on Thursday launched the first phase in development of its inaugural Sunseeker Resort in Port Charlotte by announcing the project’s design team, and officially opening registration for prospective condominium buyers. Design will be run by architectural firms Steelman Partners and L2 Studios, Inc. General contractors Manhattan Construction Group and Florida Premier Contractors were selected as the project’s builders. Manhattan’s projects include- among others- the Dallas Cowboys’ new stadium and the Bush Presidential Library complex. FPC’s projects include the recently completed Cheney Brothers distribution center, and soon-to-be completed Springhill Suites in downtown Punta Gorda.
