If you saw police action at a 7-Eleven store near you it was due to a raid by U.S. immigration agents. The raids began early Wednesday when agents began interviewing employees in what is being called the largest crackdown on a single employer so far during the Trump presidency. Roughly 100 stores were on the list across the country that started in Long Island, New York. A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement official who was not identified says that these types of raids may come around more often due to Trump’s strong immigration policy.
