An odd crime took place in Lauderhill when a man was filling up his car with gas. While doing so, a thief jumped in the man’s vehicle and took a bag with $30 thousand in cash and jewelry. While Tomer Ackerman was pumping gas, video shows a white Nissan Murano drive up to the pump. The theft then occurred and police were told by Ackerman that he was headed to the Jewelry Exchange when the robbery happened.
