City of Venice Holiday Parade

In its 47th year, the City of Venice Holiday Parade on Saturday, Nov. 25, 2023, is the perfect “kickoff” to the holiday season in Venice, Florida.

Thousands of enthusiastic and creative participants representing over 100 local companies, schools, churches, social organizations and music groups join together to make this community family event fun for all ages.

Tens of thousands of spectators line the parade route early to find and secure their perfect spot to enjoy the festivities.

Bring your appetite! Drinks and goodies are offered for sale by high school booster clubs, Scouts and local nonprofit service groups all along the parade route.


Holiday Parade Application

Those interested in participating in the 2023 Holiday Parade can apply by clicking on the application link: https://arcg.is/05q0HO. Your application does not guarantee your spot in the parade.

Participants must abide by the parade code of conduct and review rules and regulations as listed in the application, including: all vehicle drivers must be 18 years of age or older and posses a valid driver’s license; no full Santa costumes (to not conflict with Santa’s official appearance in the parade); for safety concerns, no throwing of candy or other trinkets from floats; and no discriminatory, disruptive, disrespectful, degrading or revealing signs, banners, floats, or attire. l

The parade, set for 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 25, is now in its 47th year and welcomes thousands of spectators.
