Upcoming change to annual passes at Warm Mineral Springs Park

The City of North Port would like to clarify recent updates regarding admission options at Warm Mineral Springs Park.

Annual passes will continue to be available through the end of the fiscal year on Sept. 30, 2025. Patrons who wish to purchase the annual pass option may do so until that date. Annual passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Beginning Oct. 1, 2025, the City will implement a new fee structure that eliminates the annual pass option due to lack of demand. Additional changes include the creation of a new Sarasota County resident rate category and a reduction to the discount applied to the 30-visit pass. These changes are part of a broader initiative to fund critical infrastructure improvements and ensure long-term sustainability.

The revised admission structure still includes flexible alternatives to meet the needs of both frequent and occasional guests such as daily admission, 10-visit passes, 30-visit passes, and group rates for charter tour buses and school sponsored educational field trips. Daily admission will remain unchanged.

The City remains committed to providing a welcoming and accessible experience at Warm Mineral Springs Park while ensuring efficient operations and responsive service to the community.
