- SCF-Venice Veterans Day Ceremony (Thursday):

- Includes meals for SCF student veterans and families
- American Legion NO-VEL Post 159 members and recruiter stations present
- Healing Field of Honor (Friday-Sunday):
- 1,000 American flags at Laishley Park, 120 Laishley Court, Punta Gorda
- Opening ceremony on Friday at 10 a.m.
- Keynote speaker, proclamations, music by Guns N Hoses Pipes and Drums of SWFL
- North Port Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8203 (Saturday):
- Veterans Day ceremony at 11 a.m.
- Location: Veterans Park, 13750 Tamiami Trail
- VFW Post 10178 Englewood Veterans Day Event (Saturday):
- Doors open at 10 a.m., ceremony at 11 a.m.
- Location: 550 N. McCall Road, Englewood
- Guest speaker: Retired U.S. Army Col. Wilton Swenson Jr.
- Venice Veterans Day Ceremonies (Saturday):

- Route: East on Harbor Boulevard to Edgewater Boulevard, then to Veterans Memorial Park
- Diocese of Venice Mass at Sarasota National Cemetery (Saturday):
- Opening ceremonies at 2:45 p.m., Mass at 3 p.m.

- Parking provided with golf cart shuttles for assistance
