NORTH PORT, FL—The North Port Aquatic Center is excited to announce a series of upcoming programs designed to help you enhance your skills, stay safe and learn something new. Whether you’re looking to improve your swimming abilities, earn important certifications, or develop life-saving skills, we’ve got something for everyone!

Swim Lessons Date: Jan. 28 – Feb. 6 Location: North Port Aquatic Center Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your swimming technique, our swim lessons are tailored to meet your needs and help you gain confidence in the water.

Babysitter Certification & CPR Date/Time: Mar. 7, 5-9 p.m. & Mar. 8, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Location: Morgan Family Community Center Fee: $75 Develop essential babysitting skills, including emergency response techniques like CPR, First Aid, and more. This course is perfect for those looking to provide safe, reliable childcare and prepare for real-life situations. Upon successful completion, participants will earn a First Aid/CPR certificate valid for 2 years.

First Aid, CPR & AED Certification Date/Time: Feb. 15, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.Location: Morgan Family Community Center Fee: $60 Get OSHA-compliant First Aid, CPR, and AED training in this one-day course. This certification is valid for two years and covers both adult and pediatric emergencies. Space is limited to just 10 participants, so reserve your spot today!
