A 72 year old man was pronounced dead on Sunday morning after his Dodge Durango collided with a palm tree. The vehicle was traveling south on State Road-776 (McCall Road) .
The SUV traveled off the road and collided with a palm tree in the parking lot of 1105 South McCall Road. Both Driver and a Passenger sustained injuries and were transported to an area hospital.
The Driver was later pronounced deceased at the hospital.
The accident is under investigation and no additional details are available at this time.
