The holiday travel season officially ended yesterday, with gas at levels that we haven’t seen in a few years.
According to AAA, the average price of gas around the Sarasota area is $2.05 a gallon, with many places selling petrol for under the two dollar mark.
The auto club says to enjoy it while it lasts, as gas is expected to climb back up near $2.75 by the time summer rolls around.
