El Salvador Can Have Him—That’s what Sarasota County Sheriff Knight has to say about the man accused in a road rage incident that injured a motorcyclist on Sunday. Part of the reason Knight’s compassion is a low is because 30-year-old Magdiel Medrano-Bonilla supposedly entered the United States illegally through Texas and is waiting for an asylum hearing. Bonilla is charged with aggravated battery and operating a vehicle without a license in the accident that police say was escalated by Bonilla. The accident was captured on video and shows Bonilla quick-turning into the motorcyclist and forcing the operator off the road.
