One man was hurt when his motorcycle crashed Tuesday night on Toledo Blade Bouelvard in North Port. According to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol, 28-year old Joshua Steven Ferrell of North Port was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle north on Toledo Blade Boulevard north of Tropicare Boulevard at about 7:20 p.m. The motorcycle traveled off the paved roadway onto dirt at the end of the road. The vehicle overturned and struck a barbed wire fence.Ferrell, who was wearing a helmet and thrown from the motorcycle, was taken to Sarasota Memorial Hospital with serious injuries.
