In Venice, Public Works crews are closing Miami Avenue between Nassau and Nokomis on Venice island due to a downed trees hazard.
The City Hall will remain closed today and tomorrow.
In addition, a boil water advisory for drinking and cooking is in effect and will remain in effect until further notice as crews work to restore water service to normal conditions.
