A months-long investigation into an alleged drug house in Englewood ended Friday with the arrest of four people. Around 6:30am, members of the Charlotte County SWAT team, Street Crimes Unit, and Narcotics Unit entered the home. Inside were four people- 43-year old Melissa Arthur, 44-year old Michelle Cassidy, 31-year old Sarah Root, and 27-year old Cody Bryant. Inside the house, police found meth, drug paraphernalia, and packaging supplies. They also found the home had been stealing electricity from the outside power line through jumper cables. All four face various drug charges. This was the second time in six months that a warrant had been served on that home.
