A Port Charlotte man is in serious condition after being attacked by an alligator yesterday morning. Officials say an unidentified 60-year old man was bitten mutiple times near Suncoast Boulevard in Port Charlotte around 10am. Officers with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission were called in- they were able to capture the 9-foot gator. It was later euthanized.
