An ad selling already stolen fireworks landed two people in jail in Lee County. Michael Naple and Ashley Lyall filed a burglary report at a fireworks tent located at Meadow Road and Gunnery Road in Lehigh Acres. The problem was the items turned up online in a classified ad and the cps responded to the ad. Naple and Lyall were found with fireworks in their vehicle Lyall was charged with grand theft and Dealing in Stolen Property. Naple faces charges of grand theft, dealing in stolen property, and filing a false statement.
