The Neighborhood Development Services Director of the city of North Port files a not guilty plea to DUI.
Police say they pulled over Scott Williams at Tamiami and Albee Road. on Jan. 9 after observing him driving erratically.
He was released after posting $500 bond and has requested a jury trial.
Williams is on administrative leave and Assistant City Manager Danny Schult has assumed Williams’ responsibilities.
