Motorists are already seeing higher prices at the pump this week, and Triple-A says prices will move even higher now. That’s because OPEC has announced plans to cut crude oil production by one-point-two million barrels a day, a move aimed at draining a global glut that led to lower fuel prices the last two years. In Tennessee, the average price for a gallon of regular is up two cents from last week to two-dollars 16 cents. In Crossville, the average is a dollar-97 a gallon, up seven cents.
