Commuters and hospital workers in Richmond, Virginia had a devastating surprise on Tuesday morning. A 33-year-old man, Tyler Holtrust, was arrested after police say he used a brick to smash the windshields of 81 cars in a parking lot near Main Street Station. Holtrust currently faces eight counts of misdemeanor destruction of property.
