North Port Moves to Electronic Permit Applications
Starting today, all one-family and two-family dwellings, as well as commercial and industrial permit applications, must be submitted electronically through Accela.
📌 Important Dates to Know:
➡️ Paper permit applications for re-roofs, windows & doors, screen enclosures, swimming pools, and more will still be accepted in-person at City Hall until June 30, 2025.
➡️ Beginning July 1, 2025, ALL permit applications must be submitted online through the Accela portal at NorthPortFL.gov/Permitting.
