Elizabeth Spicer is the CEO of Paradise Consulting. She specializes in serving as a life coach to women and artists. She works with not-for-profit organizations throughout America and abroad on problem solving, building performing arts organizations, governance and fund-raising. Ms. Spicer is also a published author and photographer, penning Louisville's popular entertainment, LOU-AH-VUL: THE SOAP! for five “sold-out “years. Ms. Spicer is proud to be the founding Producing Director of Bunbury Repertory Theatre in Louisville, Kentucky, where she served for 10 years. There, she also served as Director of Theatre with Louisville Collegiate. She is a noted fund-raiser. Ms. Spicer is a member of the Actors Equity Association. WEDNESDAY’S HOST: DIANA DONLON: Women in Business/Innovative Ideas

Diana is the publisher of Women's OutLook Magazine, a complimentary magazine in its fourth year distributed in Charlotte and southern Sarasota counties, including Boca Grande. The magazine's mission is to provide women with information that educates, enlightens, and empowers.
She is also the founder and CEO of Women's EXPO of SWFL. The 2-time, award-winning event is the largest women's event in Southwest Florida now entering its fourth year on February 19, 2011. The Women's EXPO of SWFL is co-hosted by the City of North Port on North Port's City Center Grounds.

THURSDAY’S HOST: Cecy Cowger Glenn: NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

Cecy Cowger Glenn is the Thursday morning host educating listeners about Non Profit Organizations and Human Service Agencies throughout our community. Cecy has been the Chief Executive Officer of the United Way of Charlotte County since 2005. Twenty five years ago she began as a volunteer for her local United Way and has ascended to a career that includes CEO at several United Ways around the country. Under her leadership at the United Way of Charlotte County’s annual revenues have increased from $500,000 to $1,629,000 this past fiscal year. She achieved Certified Fundraising Executive, CFRE, accreditation in 2003 and was recertified in 2006 and 2009. A native of Louisville, KY, she now resides in Englewood, FL where she moved following her daughter and son in law, Keith and Laurie Farlow.


 

FRIDAY’S HOST: ILANA MARKS: What Matters

llana Marks is an author and international lecturer. Ilana hosted very popular live call in radio and television talk shows in Boston for over ten years

Ilana trained as a stage actress in London and acted professionally for many years before expanding into radio and television. She is the author of the book “The G-String Theory” a non fictional account of her hilarious trip through the paradoxical sensuality of India. Ilana recently completed her latest novel “Mind The Gap” which is currently being produced as a feature film. She is also developing her upcoming children's book series into a children's animation series for TV.

Originally from the Great White North, Pat settled in Englewood 18 years ago. She and her husband, Tom, owned The Englewood REVIEW newspaper. In her spare time she loved to face paint and was involved with Circus Sarasota as well as traveling throughout the country to teach her passion. Tom and Pat had two teenagers and claimed they were "our biggest challenge yet." Pat loved being the Wednesday hostess of "All About Women" focusing on entertainment and the arts.

Ann Dever, of Placida, Fl., was the kind of woman that was involved in the community, in her life, and with us here at WENG. Ann was an avid fisherperson and traveled extensively seeking out the one that got away. Ann also hosted the Monday edition of "All About Women" on WENG. She always had the listener foremost in her mind and wanted to provide the latest and up to date information on what ever topic she was discussing on the air.
