July 4th was a day two area teens will remember for losing their independence, at least briefly. Charlotte County Sheriff’s detectives arrested the two for stealing a Kayak, items from another boat, and trying to steal a motorboat in the Englewood area. Authorities identify the pair as 12-year old Anthony Maurer and 13-year old Jesse Solomon. After booking, the two boys were released to their parents for further juvenile court action.
