Twenty-year-old Rashad Steen held on three counts of attempted homicide and one of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Witnesses reported forty to fifty shots being fired at a group of people in a gas station parking lot in the 2500 block of North Washington Boulevard early Sunday morning.
