A math teacher at Charlotte High School is under investigation after a student accused him Monday of selling grades. The accused teacher, Jeff Spires, was placed on paid administrative leave when the investigation began. He he was switched to unpaid leave yesterday due to items turned up in the investigation, according to school officials. They expect the investigation to be completed today.
