Siesta Public Beach’s been added by TripAdvisor to the 2013 Travelers Choice Beaches Awards list. The travel website rated Siesta Key’s beach #2 on a list of the top 10 beaches in the U.S., and 16th on the list of the top 25 beaches in world. Travelers voted on TripAdvisor.com, which provides reviews of hotels, photos and travel advice for vacation destinations worldwide. According to the Herald-Tribune, other Florida beaches made the list: the Gulf Islands National Seashore in Pensacola, and Fort De Soto Park in Tierra Verde.
