Two of three people charged in the 2001 murder of Tara Sidarovich In Punta Gorda entered not guilty pleas this week. David McMannis is charged with murder in the death of the 19 year old woman. Linda Dille is charged with lying to detectives during the investigation. The other man charged with murder, Phillip Barr was caught in Vermont last month and will be arraigned next month. McMannis and Barr were called to the Sidarovich home to work on a septic tank. They were the last two people to see her alive. Her remains were found in a wooded area months later.
