It’s ten years in prison for a man who co-founded a Ponzi Scheme with his wife and ran it from a Sarasota mansion. A district judge sentencing 53-year-old John Morgan on two counts to which he pled guilty. Morgan’s wife, Marian, set for sentencing in December after being convicted on all 22 counts with which she was charged. The couple accused of ripping of 87 investors for a total of 22-million dollars through their Morgan European Holdings Ponzi Scheme.
