It started as a disagreement between two senior citizens at a Venice bank this morning and ended with an arrest. Officers say 74-year-old James Winchester of Venice was arrested after arguing with bank tellers then with a 71-year-old Venice man at a Bank of America branch on Jacaranda Boulevard who tired to calm him down. Witnesses saying Winchester shoved the other man, causing him to fall to the floor and break his glasses. The bank manager intervened. Officers charging Winchester with Battery On A Person 65 Or Older.
