Could there be sweeping changes afoot for Florida’s foreclosure process? As Sun Coast home sales continue strong, word now that Governor Rick Scott is looking into a plan that would remove the courts from the foreclosure process completely. The idea apparently is designed to help stimulate home sales. But real estate experts here are concerned that it could leave homeowners vulnerable to aggressive banks, thus making the process even more difficult. The plan was floated at a recent legislative subcommittee meeting.
