A Sarasota County man set to be arraigned on Friday in the shooting death of his wife. Authorities say 66-year-old Frank Olms will face a charge of second-degree murder in the killing of Nancy Walsh-Olms. The charge reduced from its original classification as premeditated first-degree murder.
