The Sarasota City Commission tonight will discuss the regulation of boats outside a future mooring field in Sarasota Bay. That will cap a session filled with discussions of transportation-related issues. Also on the agenda: changing the development process for the future State Street parking garage and a look at potential zoning code amendments. At least one Commissioner also wants to discuss the speed limit on North Tamiami Trail from Fruitville Road north to the city limits.
