The principal at a Charlotte County high school has been taken off the job. Ron Schuyler, the principal at Charlotte County’s alternative high school The Academy, is under investigation. The human resources department is looking into accusations that Schuyler verbally abused staff members. Schuyler faces a wide range of possible disciplinary action if the allegation is proven. Its possible Schuyler could lose his job. He can also get a warning, depending on the outcome of the investigation. Schuyler has worked for the school district since 1989.
