Palmetto police say they’re aggressively pursuing leads in the weekend night club shooting spree that killed two people and wounded another twenty-two. Law enforcement agencies throughout the Sun Coast are on the lookout for the group that opened fire, at least one with an AK-47 assault rifle. New information today that one of the victims, who was the apparent target, had a criminal record. Police say 25-year-old Trayon Goff had been involved in multiple felony cases, although they’re not sure whether those contributed to the killings.
