Its up to the state’s attorney, but North Port High School’s principal could be in trouble.

It was in June of this year that police were alerted to Dr. George Kenney’s performing hypnosis on students with out the appropriate licensing by the state. North Port Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Bureau began an investigation regarding the allegations. Now last week the investigation was completed and a capias, or a writ to take Kenney was filed with the State Attorney’s Office pending review to see if the criminal charges of Felony Unlicensed Practice of Health Care Profession and Misdemeanor Unlawful Practice of Hypnosis are warranted.
