North Port’s Economic Development Division is paying off. New numbers from the City Manager’s Office show that the Division has brought in over sixty-nine million dollars in economic development over the past five years — all for an expenditure of one-point-six million. The city manager looking at the return-on-investment for the Division in a number of areas including capital investment and jobs created.
