Manatee County School District will use a new budget development process. Superintendent Tim McGonegal said Saturday it will make sure the School Board has more information sooner in the budget process. The process, which will be utilized for the 2012-2013 school year, was initiated following reviews of budget development methods by Manatee County Government, Sarasota County Schools and the University of Florida’s Board of Trustees.
