They have him on video — now, the hunt is on. Detectives have clear surveillance video of the prime suspect in the murder of 49-year-old James Brotherton of Port Charlotte. Brotherton was murdered minutes after the video was shot at a Bank of American ATM machine on Clark Road yesterday. That video has now been posted on the Internet and Crimestoppers is offering a thousand-dollar reward for information leading to the arrest of the killer.
