Home prices were up too. in Sarasota-Bradenton, the average home price was just over 152 thousand dollars; in Charlotte County, the average price was about 102 thousand dollars. Throughout Florida, the realtor’s organization said there were about 13 thousand homes that were bought and sold, up about eleven percent from a year ago.
