Drug dealers across Florida must be upset after a massive marijuana seizure in Miami. U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers seized almost two tons of marijuana hidden in a shipping container at the Miami seaport. The bales of pot were discovered during a routine search. The 3,837 pounds of marijuana, which were found packed in a shipping container, would be worth an estimated $7.6 million on the street. Investigators say the vessel carrying the container began its voyage in Australia and had a stop in Kingston, Jamaica, where it’s believed the marijuana was loaded. CBP officials say it’s the largest marijuana seizure they’ve made in Miami in many months. No arrests so far.
