A 50-year-old Bradenton man said he’s not responsible for what he allegedly did.
Bradenton Police said Cruz Hernandez is in jail, charged with raping a woman. He said the devil made him commit the crime. Police said Hernandez hit the woman with a closed fist, grabbed her by the neck, slammed her into a wall and raped her. The victim said Hernandez was drunk. The police report says quote — “The devil got inside me last night.” Hernandez is in jail on 310 thousand dollars bond.
